Эссе: How music influences us?

Imagine a world with no soothing sounds. Imagine yourself listening to the radio and all you hear is talking. Imagine poetry without a melody. When you go outside you see birds but you don’t hear them sing. When you drive, ride the train or ride a bus or even walk, you have no melodious sounds to pass the time, to take you to another place or to open your imagination….where would your creativity come from?
Music inspires, enhances, broadens horizens, soothes, excites, brings joy, makes sad days more tolerable, makes special days the best days of our lives. Music is everywhere and everthing is musical in its own way. Music can be serious, michevious, create frivolity or just plain silliness.

Music enters our lives when we were born and exits when we die. Or does it? Maybe we heard it before snd after…..hmmmmnn…
Music is a language that is universal. You don’t have to know the lyrics, in fact many people make up their own ones! Music itself will tell you to laugh, to cry, to smile, to frown, to be joyful, to hateful by just how its played. It can make you swell with pride or shake with anger.

Music is mathmatically perfect! Which means that if or when we encounter(ed) lifr beyond this planet of ours, we will almost certainly use music to communicate with them.

Music is found everywhere and in everything! Radio and television, movies, our cellular telephones, in the stores, on the trains and subways, in our homes, at the doctor’s office, in elevators, heck, even the ice cream man uses music to let us know it’s time to run out to buy something. When men go to war, music has always led the way.

ABBA wrote and performed a song called ‘Thank you For the Music’.

“….So I say thankyou for the music, the songs I’m singing, thanks for all the joy they’re bringing, who can live without it, I ask in all honesty? What would life be without a song or a dance what are we? So I say thank you for the music……for giving it to me……so I say thank you for the music……for giving it to me!
That’s just scratching the surface of how music influences people.

Oh, and by the way….thank you for inspiring my mind to remember ‘Thank You For the Music.’ That song makes me smile and fills me up with happiness!

The problem of the influence of music has always aroused heated debates. Some people are convinced that listening to music is a pleasant pastime. However, the others believe that music has a bad affect in our life. Let us speculate what makes them think so. I cannot agree with this opinion but I think that music has a great impact on people’s lives. Firstly, many teenagers do their homework, listening to music. It helps them to focus on their work and not to hear noise. Secondly, music calms down and relaxes after daily work. In addition, people forget about their problem and stop to worry. Thirdly, people get an aesthetic pleasure, listening to music. Besides, they become more educated in the field of art. Some opponents might argue that music influences on feel of people negatively. Lover of music become more aggressive and annoying. They often listen it using headphones, which harm our health. Nevertheless, I do not support the above-mentioned ideas. One should take into account the fact that majority of people listen a good music, for example, a classic. This kind not only distract from our troubles, but also help us live in harmony with ourselves. Despite, the arguments of various skeptics, I am convinced that music plays an important role. It affects very positively and adds in our life colorful paint. Because of music, people become happier and confident. I really try to do my best when i was writing this essey.
