Эссе: Fast food outlets should be closed

Nowadays fast food services are everywhere. Many people like fast food and eat it. Families with little children prefer to spend their weekends at McDonalds, Subways and at other such places. However, there are a lot of people who are sure that fast food is harmful and that is why fast food restaurants should be closed. I am convinced that fast food is not that dangerous, especially if is eaten not often and in small portions. And this is the reason that fast food outlets should not be closed. First of all, if a person very hungry and has not got enough time to have a snack at a restaurant or a cafe, a burger or a portion of chips could help him or her not “to die from hunger”. Personally I like pizza, beef rolls and milk cocktails. This food is tasty, not very expensive and you can find it everywhere. What is more, I like the atmosphere of a holiday at fast food restaurants. There you can relax with friends, celebrate some events. At the same time experts say that fast food is unhealthy and makes people overweight. Fast food eaters can get different diseases. The statistics say that junk food is full of chemicals; it contains too much sugar, salt and fats. Moreover, there is a risk of poisoning as fast food outlets often ignore cooking rules. I cannot but agree with these facts. But I must say that moderation should be in every thing. And besides not all fast food dishes are harmful. There are a lot of vegetarian and low-calorie ones in the menu of a fast food restaurant. I know some examples when people have lost their weight eating burgers and French fries. All in all, I would like to say that the question of visiting fast food restaurants is controversial. It is up to a person to decide whether to go there or not. Anyway, I believe that every human should have two strings to bow.
