Эссе: There are more disadvantages than advantages in living in a big city

There are a lot of people who believe that there are more minuses than pluses in city life. Others say that people who live in a big city have more conveniences than inconveniences. As far as I am concerned, that there are more advantages than disadvantages in living in a big city. First, there is a wide choice of jobs and educational institutions. Children and adults, all have chances for a better life in a big city. Second, there is a well-developed culture life. Museums, exhibitions, theatres and concerts are a part of the life of every citizen. Nevertheless, there are people who claim that there are more disadvantages than advantages, living in a city. For example, life in a city is very expensive. It is much cheaper in the countryside. However, I cannot agree with that opinion because salaries are higher too. City residents earn more money, in comparison, with villagers. It is not only enough to pay rent or mortgage, fees and bills, buy food and necessary things, but also enough for shopping, entertainment and travelling. To conclude, I would like to say that life in a big city has more advantages than disadvantages. People have lots of options and opportunities.
