The American blockade: impact on the economy and Informatization.The negative impact of the American blockade on the Cuban economic system can hardly be overestimated. Not only does it create enormous difficulties for bilateral export-import operations,any third party (state-owned enterprise) entering into bilateral relations with Cuba risks being subjected to serious economic sanctions by the United States. The above problem directly and directly affects the pace of Informatization of the Cuban social space. The Internet in Cuba is poorly developed, due to the fact that the technological and software basis of modern Internet communications is mostly produced in the United States, while due to problems with American trade, Cuba has to export this product at significantly inflated prices and mainly through third parties. The result of this state of Affairs is a serious lag of Cuba in the development and transmission of modern Internet technologies.
